I am Stephanie, an Empath, Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), and dedicated Lightworker. For much of my life, I grappled with confusion and frustration, unable to comprehend why I was made this way. Being in the presence of large groups overwhelmed me, and interacting with narcissists and energetic vampires proved even more challenging. The weight of processing my emotions left me constantly drained.

Unaware of the term "empath" and oblivious to my own nature, I journeyed through life until a few trusted individuals hinted at the possibility. It was a trusted healer who took the time to shed light on what it truly meant to be an empath. This understanding triggered a profound transformation within me. With guidance and knowledge, I began to see myself through a new lens, opening doors to self-discovery.

Gradually, I awakened to my innate gifts. As my understanding deepened, my spiritual abilities blossomed, and I fully embraced my authentic self. Along my path, I was blessed to encounter loving and experienced teachers and healers who generously shared their wisdom and experiences. Inspired by their guidance, I am now committed to supporting fellow Empaths, HSPs, and Lightworkers on their own transformative journeys. I believe that knowledge is meant to be shared, and I would be honored to share this journey with you.
