I am Stephanie, a compassionate and dedicated guide on the path of self-discovery and spiritual growth. My journey has been one of profound transformation and understanding.
For much of my life, I found myself bewildered and frustrated by my innate sensitivity and empathic nature. Being in large groups of people felt overwhelming and encountering narcissists and energy vampires proved to be even more challenging. The weight of processing intense emotions often left me feeling drained and depleted. It wasn't until trusted individuals recognized and shared their suspicions about my empathic abilities that I started to explore this aspect of myself.
With the guidance of a trusted healers and mentors, I delved deeper into the concept of being an empath, highly sensitive person and intuitive. This newfound understanding became a catalyst for a profound shift in my life. It allowed me to view myself through a different lens, shedding light on my unique gifts and purpose. As I gradually awakened to my true nature, my spiritual gifts blossomed, and I embraced my authenticity with wholeheartedness.
Throughout my journey, I have been fortunate to have the support of loving and experienced teachers and healers who generously shared their wisdom and experiences.
